18 Pivoting on the ball of the left foot, turn the body to the left to bring the right foot 360 degrees. Land(stamp) the right foot into a horse stance and perform a right hand side block.

19 Keep the right foot fixed and turn the body 180 degrees to the left and push the left foot out into a back stance
Outside Knife Hand Strike
Front Stance
20 Pivoting on the ball of the left foot perform an out-to-in crescent kick with the right foot, using the left hand as a target. Land in a horse stance and perform a right elbow strike, again using the left hand to target.

21 Slide both feet one step to your right

22 Slide both feet one step to your right

23 Keep the right foot fixed and push the left foot out into a front stance
